After almost two years of using my Nokia E51. It was time for me to get a new phone and as usual it was confusion time.
A common confusion that people wanting a business phone with basic multimedia functions have which even I had was that should I go in for Nokia E71 or Nokia E52 or Nokia E72 or Blackberry Curve.
It almost took me a month to decide and I finally landed up buying Nokia E52.
It is a brilliant smart phone with almost all features including inbuilt GPS, accelerometer, Wifi and 3G. The finishing of the device is just amazing.
I am sure if anyone of you has a look at it in any showroom you would love to hold it in your hand and own it too. An amazing metal body which gives it a royal touch.
So what made me chose Nokia E52 over the others??
I'm a college student just going on to my job and needed a business phone.
Those of you who do not have the habit of a qwerty keypad on a mobile phone, I would say Nokia E52 would be a better option than the others. It has almost all the features that the other phones have and it has been made much much better than the Nokia E51 in all terms.
And price too is very reasonable and cheapest among all of the above phones.
And Nokia E52 has one of the best battery life by any smart phone with a standby time to be around 52 days.
Being a business oriented phone, it's camera and music performance is quite ok, not bad though. But with a 3.5mm jack audio input, it's best to plug in Ipod earphones and enjoy real life music.[That's what I do ;)]
It came with a 2GB card and is expandable upto 16GB. So after getting a 16GB memory card and plugging in iPod earphones, you could have an iPhone like experience with your Nokia E52.
No doubt iPhone is the best smartphone ever. But for an average India user, Nokia E52 is a brilliant affordable smartphone device. And with the price of the iPhone not reducing in India, Nokia E52 has given Nokia lovers a great treat.
